About
Thank you so much for your interest in Danielle’s Dog Camp!
Imagine your dog bounding through open meadows, exploring forest trails, splashing around a private beach on the Winooski river, and playing joyfully with a group of trusted canine friends — all while becoming calmer, happier, and better behaved. That’s exactly what happens at Dog Camp.
We’re more than just a walk. We’re a pack.
On a camp day your dog will be in my care for about four hours, with two hours of off-leash adventure and training on beautiful private land — a mix of meadow, forest, and beach. The other two hours are spent in my specially outfitted minivan doing doggie pickups and dropoffs, where dogs learn calm social behavior and travel manners. Most dogs sleep on the ride home! By the time they’re back in your care, they’re tired, fulfilled, and content — a tired dog is a happy dog! I can pick up/ drop off your dog from work or home-whatever is best for your schedule.
Clients often tell me they see a positive shift at home after just a few weeks: dogs are more relaxed, more responsive, and overall easier to live with. That’s the power of fulfilling outdoor time with a balanced, consistent pack.
To ensure every dog truly becomes part of the pack, each camper attends on a set day every week (for example, every Monday or every Wednesday). This consistency helps the dogs bond, trust, and rely on each other — turning their pack into a second family. It's common for pack members to increase to 2 or 3 days a week once they get into the swing of things.
Your dog deserves the best life possible — full of adventure, freedom, and friendship. I’d love to make that happen.
